[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the sale of loyalty and giving it as a gift.  

البيهقي:٢١٤٣٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَلَاءِ وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ وَأَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ وَالضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ وَغَيْرُهُمْ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ

Malik related to me from Abdullah ibn Dinar from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling or giving away the wala'.
