البيهقي:٢١٤٣٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ الْوَلَاءُ لُحْمَةٌ كَلُحْمَةِ النَّسَبِ لَا يُبَاعُ وَلَا يُوهَبُ كَذَا  

رَوَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْفَقِيهُ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ أَبِي يُوسُفَ الْقَاضِي عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ 21434 وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَامِدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ أَنْبَأَ زَاهِرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ السَّرَخْسِيُّ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ عُقَيْبَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ هَذَا خَطَأٌ لِأَنَّ الثِّقَاتِ لَمْ يَرْوُوهُ هَكَذَا وَإِنَّمَا رَوَاهُ الْحَسَنُ مُرْسَلًا
