البيهقي:٢١٠٨١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ خِلَالٌ مِنْ خِلَالِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الطَّعْنُ فِي الْأَنْسَابِ وَالنِّيَاحَةُ وَنَسِيَ الثَّالِثَةَ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ

يَقُولُونَ إِنَّهَا الِاسْتِسْقَاءُ بِالْأَنْوَاءِ  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ وَقَدْ مَضَى ذَلِكَ بِمَعْنَاهُ مَرْفُوعًا مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ
