البيهقي:٢٠٣١١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ قَالَ كَانَ سَلْمَانُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ يَقْضِي فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَسُئِلَ عَنْ فَرِيضَةٍ فَأَخْطَأَ فِيهَا فَقَالَ لَهُ عَمْرُو بْنُ شُرَحْبِيلَ الْقَضَاءُ فِيهَا كَذَا وَكَذَا فَكَأَنَّهُ وَجَدَ فِي نَفْسِهِ فَرَجَعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى أَبِي مُوسَى فَقَالَ

أَمَّا أَنْتَ يَا سَلْمَانُ فَمَا كَانَ نَوْلُكَ تَغْضَبُ وَأَمَّا أَنْتَ يَا عَمْرُو فَكَانَ مِنْ نَوْلِكَ تُشَاوِرُهُ فِي أُذُنِهِ
