[Machine] He said, "I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, 'O Messenger of Allah, we are in a cold land with intense cold, and we make a drink from wheat. Is it permissible, O Prophet of Allah?' He said, 'Isn't it intoxicating?' They said, 'Yes.' He said, 'Then indeed it is prohibited.'"  

البيهقي:١٧٣٦٧ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أنبأ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ وَعَيَّاشِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ وَهُوَ مَرْثَدٌ عَنْ دَيْلَمٍ الْجَيْشَانِيِّ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّا بِأَرْضٍ بَارِدَةٍ شَدِيدَةِ الْبَرْدِ نَصْنَعُ بِهَا شَرَابًا مِنَ الْقَمْحِ أَفَيَحِلُّ يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ؟ فَقَالَ أَلَيْسَ بِمُسْكِرٍ؟ قَالُوا بَلَى قَالَ فَإِنَّهُ حَرَامٌ
