[Machine] That we should not run away and not pledge allegiance to him, meaning the Prophet ﷺ , even if we face death.  

البيهقي:١٦٥٥٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ ثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ كُنَّا يَوْمَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ أَلْفًا وَأَرْبَعَمِائَةٍ فَبَايَعْنَاهُ وَعُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ آخِذٌ بِيَدِهِ تَحْتَ الشَّجَرَةِ وَهِيَ سَمُرَةٌ بَحر فَبَايَعْنَاهُ عَلَى

أَنْ لَا نَفِرَّ وَلَمْ نُبَايِعْهُ عَلَى الْمَوْتِ يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ ﷺ
