[Machine] That in one of them is half of the compensation, and if they do not separate, then he is more entitled, and Allah knows best.

البيهقي:١٦٣٠٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الْمَعْرُوفِ أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ أنبأ مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا هِشَامٌ ثنا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ عَنْ أَبِي عِيَاضٍ أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ ؓ رُفِعَ إِلَيْهِ أَعْوَرُ فَقَأَ عَيْنَ صَحِيحٍ فَلَمْ يَقْتَصَّ مِنْهُ وَقَضَى فِيهِ بِالدِّيَةِ كَامِلَةً قَالَ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ ظَاهِرُ الْكِتَابِ يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّ الْعَيْنَ بِالْعَيْنِ وَظَاهِرُ السُّنَّةِ يَدُلُّ عَلَى

أَنَّ فِي أَحَدِهِمَا نِصْفُ الدِّيَةِ وَلَمْ يُفَرِّقْ فَهُوَ أَوْلَى وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
