[Machine] Ibn Umar used to not say about it that all of the debt is obligatory, and Allah knows best.

البيهقي:١٦٣٠١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ أنبأ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا مِجْلَزٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ عَنِ الْأَعْوَرِ تُفْقَأُ عَيْنُهُ؟ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَفْوَانَ قَضَى فِيهِ عُمَرُ ؓ بِالدِّيَةِ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّمَا أَسْأَلُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ أَوَلَيْسَ يُحَدِّثُكَ عَنْ عُمَرَ؟ ظَاهِرُ هَذَا أَنَّهُ حَكَمَ فِيهِ بِجَمِيعِ الدِّيَةِ وَقَدْ يُحْتَمَلُ أَنَّهُ حَكَمَ فِيهَا بِدِيَتِهَا وَظَاهِرُهُ

أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ لَا يَقُولُ فِيهَا بِوجُوبِ جَمِيعِ الدِّيَةِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
