The Prophet ﷺ said: Feed those of your slaves who please you from what you eat and clothe them with what you clothe yourselves, but sell those who do not please you and do not punish Allah's creatures.  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ لاَءَمَكُمْ مِنْ مَمْلُوكِيكُمْ فَأَطْعِمُوهُ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ وَاكْسُوهُ مِمَّا تَكْتَسُونَ وَمَنْ لَمْ يُلاَئِمْكُمْ مِنْهُمْ فَبِيعُوهُ وَلاَ تُعَذِّبُوا خَلْقَ اللَّهِ  

The Prophet ﷺ said: Feed those of your slaves who please you from what you eat and clothe them with what you clothe yourselves, but sell those who do not please you and do not punish Allah's creatures. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 5161)   

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ لَاءَمَكُمْ مِنْ خَدَمِكُمْ فَأَطْعِمُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ وَاكْسُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَلْبَسُونَ أَوْ قَالَ تَكْتَسُونَ وَمَنْ لَا يُلَائِمُكُمْ فَبِيعُوهُ وَلَا تُعَذِّبُوا خَلْقَ اللهِ  

[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "Whoever from your servants serves you, then feed them with what you eat, and clothe them with what you wear. And whoever does not meet your standards from your servants, then sell them and do not torture the creation of Allah."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ لَاءَمَكُمْ مِنْ خَدَمِكُمْ فَأَطْعِمُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ وَاكْسُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَلْبَسُونَ وَمَنْ لَا يُلَائِمُكُمْ مِنْ خَدَمِكُمْ فَبِيعُوا وَلَا تُعَذِّبُوا خَلْقَ اللهِ  

"مَنْ لايَمَكُمْ (*) مِن خدَمكُمْ فأَطْعمُوهُمْ- مِمَّا تأكُلُون، وَأَلْبِسُوهُمْ مِمَّا تلبسُون، وَمَنْ لا يُلايِمُكُمْ مِنْهُم فَبِيعُوه وَلَا تُعَذِّبُوا خَلقَ الله ﷻ".  

"عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: أَطْعِمُوهُمْ مِمَّا تأكُلُونَ، وَأَلْبِسُوهُمْ مِمَا تَلْبَسُونَ، وَمَا تَعَسَّرَ عَلَيْكُمْ فَبِيعُوهُ، وَلاَ تُعَذِّبُوا خَلْقَ اللهِ - يعَنِي الْمَمْلُوكيِنَ".
