[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The wife of the missing man is his wife until evidence comes to her (proving his death) and likewise."  

البيهقي:١٥٥٦٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ جَابِرٍ السَّقَطِيُّ نا صَالِحُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ نا سَوَّارُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُرَحْبِيلَ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ امْرَأَةُ الْمَفْقُودِ امْرَأَتُهُ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَهَا الْبَيَانُ وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى الْوَاسِطِيُّ عَنْ سَوَّارِ بْنِ مُصْعَبٍ وَسَوَّارٌ ضَعِيفٌ
