[Machine] There is a narration from Subayah the daughter of Harith, who waited for four months and ten days after the death of her husband. She informed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about this, and he said, "Abu As-Sanabil has lied, or he did not understand what Abu As-Sanabil said. You are now free to marry." This statement is mentioned in the narration of Ash-Shafi'i and the narration of Sa'dan, which is summarized. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered Subayah to marry. This narration is Mursal, and what precedes it is sufficient in terms of connected chains of narration.
قَدْ تَصَنَّعْتِ لِلْأَزْوَاجِ إِنَّهَا أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرٌ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ سُبَيْعَةُ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كَذَبَ أَبُو السَّنَابِلِ أَوْ لَيْسَ كَمَا قَالَ أَبُو السَّنَابِلِ قَدْ حَلَلْتِ فَتَزَوَّجِي هَذَا لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ الشَّافِعِيِّ وَحَدِيثُ سَعْدَانَ مُخْتَصَرٌ أَنَّ سُبَيْعَةَ بِنْتَ الْحَارِثِ وَضَعَتْ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا بِشَهْرٍ أَوْ أَقَلَّ فَأَمَرَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ تَنْكِحَ وَهَذِهِ الرِّوَايَةُ مُرْسَلَةٌ وَفِيمَا قَبْلَهَا مِنَ الْمَوْصُولَةِ كِفَايَةٌ
