البيهقي:١٥٤٥٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ نا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ نا مَالِكٌ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ كَانَا يَقُولَانِ عِدَّةُ الْأَمَةِ إِذَا هَلَكَ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا شَهْرَانِ وَخَمْسُ لَيَالٍ 15459 قَالَ وَنا مَالِكٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَيْضًا مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ وَرُوِّينَاهُ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ
