[Machine] He learned from him another saying in one of the two issues, which coincides with his saying in the other issue, and Allah knows best.  

البيهقي:١٥٠٤٧ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ أنا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ نا الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ نا شَبَابَةُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ نا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِذَا مَلَّكَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً فَإِنْ قَضَتْ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهَا شَيْءٌ وَإِنْ لَمْ تَقْضِ فَهِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ وَأَمْرُهَا إِلَيْهِ كَذَا وَجَدْتُهُ وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِ خَلَلٌ وَقَدِ اتَّفَقَ قَوْلُ عَلِيٍّ ؓ فِي التَّخْيِيرِ وَالتَّمْلِيكِ وَكَذَا قَوْلُ عُمَرَ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ؓ فِيهِمَا مُتَّفِقٌ وَأَمَّا زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ ؓ فَقَدِ اخْتَلَفَ قَوْلُهُ فِيهِمَا كَمَا رَوَيْنَا وَقَدْ رَوَى الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ فِي اخْتَارِي وَأَمْرُكِ بِيَدِكِ سَوَاءٌ فِي قَوْلِ عَلِيٍّ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ؓ وَكَأَنَّهُ

عَلِمَ مِنْهُ قَوْلًا آخَرَ فِي إِحْدَى الْمَسْأَلَتَيْنِ يُوَافِقُ قَوْلَهُ فِي الْمَسْأَلَةِ الْأُخْرَى وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
