[Machine] From Ali, regarding a man who gifted his wife to her family, he said: "If they accept her, it is a clear divorce. If they return her, then she is still his wife and he has the right to take her back."  

البيهقي:١٥٠٤٦وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ نا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ نا مُطَرِّفٌ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْجَزَّارِ

"عَنْ عَلِىٍّ: في رَجُلٍ وَهَبَ امْرَأَتَهُ لأَهْلِهَا. فَقَالَ: إِنْ قَبِلُوهَا فَهِىَ تَطْليقَةٌ بَائِنَةٌ وَإِنْ رَدُّوهَا فَهِىَ وَاحِدَةٌ وَهُوَ أَمْلَكُ بِرَجْعَتِهَا".
