Yūsuf > Abū al-Ṣalt Ismāʿīl b. By Umayyah al-Dharrāʿ from Ḥifẓih > Ḥammād b. Zayd > ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz b. Ṣuhayb > Anas b. Mālik > Muʿādh b. Jabal ؓ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "Whoever divorces for the sake of innovation, we will hold him accountable for his innovation." Abu Abdul Rahman As-Sulami informed us that I am Abu Al-Hasan Ad-Darqutni, the guardian (preserver). Isma'il bin Abi Umayyah Al-Misri, the abandoned one in hadith, said.

البيهقي:١٤٩٣٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْفَوَارِسِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي الْفَوَارِسِ أَخُو الشَّيْخِ أَبِي الْفَتْحِ الْحَافِظِ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ بِبَغْدَادَ نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلَمٍ نا أَبُو جَعْفَرِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ ثنا أَبُو الصَّلْتِ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أبي أُمَيَّةَ الذَّرَّاعُ مِنْ حِفْظِهِ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ نا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ صُهَيْبٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ ؓ يَقُولُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ طَلَّقَ لِلْبِدْعَةِ أَلْزَمْنَاهُ بِدْعَتَهُ 14933 أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ أَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الدَّارَقُطْنِيِّ الْحَافِظُ قَالَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ الْمِصْرِيُّ مَتْرُوكُ الْحَدِيثِ
