[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ ordered him to wait until she purifies herself. If she purifies herself, then he can either divorce her if he wishes, or he can keep her before having sexual intercourse.

البيهقي:١٤٩٢٧ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ نا أَبُو الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي حَيْضَتِهَا قَالَ

فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَرْتَجِعَهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ فَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ فَإِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُجَامِعَ
