[Machine] I divorced her, but she refused to leave. So, I went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and told him about it. He said, "Divorce her." So, I divorced her.  

البيهقي:١٤٨٩٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ نا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ نا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي ذُبَابٍ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ ؓ قَالَ كَانَتْ لِيَ امْرَأَةٌ كُنْتُ أُحِبُّهَا وَكَانَ أَبِي يَكْرَهُهَا فَقَالَ

لِي طَلِّقْهَا فَأَبَيْتُ فَأَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ طَلِّقْهَا فَطَلَّقْتُهَا

A woman was my wife and I loved her, but Umar hated her. He said to me: Divorce her, but I refused. Umar then went to the Prophet ﷺ and mentioned that to him. The Prophet ﷺ said: Divorce her.  

أبو داود:٥١٣٨ – حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي خَالِي الْحَارِثُ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

كَانَتْ تَحْتِي امْرَأَةٌ وَكُنْتُ أُحِبُّهَا وَكَانَ عُمَرُ يَكْرَهُهَا فَقَالَ لِي طَلِّقْهَا فَأَبَيْتُ فَأَتَى عُمَرُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ طَلِّقْهَا

كَانَتْ تَحْتِي امْرَأَةٌ أُحِبُّهَا وَكَانَ عُمَرُ يَكْرَهُهَا فَقَالَ عُمَرُ طَلِّقْهَا فَأَبَيْتُ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «أَطِعْ أَبَاكَ وَطَلِّقْهَا» فَطَلَّقْتُهَا  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي ذُبَابٍ الْمَدَنِيُّ خَالُ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ قَدِ احْتَجَّا جَمِيعًا بِهِ» على شرط البخاري ومسلم
