[Machine] Yes, he married her and she gave birth to a child for him. He then presented the child to Umar and asked him to make a decision. Umar said, "Separate between them." He said, "But she has already given birth." Umar asked, "What if she gives birth to ten?" So he separated between them.  

البيهقي:١٣٩٠٥ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا الْحَجَّاجُ ثنا حَمَّادٌ أنبأ الْحَجَّاجُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو الشَّيْبَانِيِّ أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا أَيَتَزَوَّجُ أُمَّهَا؟ قَالَ

نَعَمْ فَتَزَوَّجَهَا فَوَلَدَتْ لَهُ فَقَدِمَ عَلَى عُمَرَ ؓ فَسَأَلَهُ فَقَالَ فَرِّقْ بَيْنَهُمَا قَالَ إِنَّهَا قَدْ وَلَدَتْ قَالَ وَإِنْ وَلَدَتْ عَشْرًا فَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا

"عَنْ أَبى عمر الشيبانى: أن رجلًا سأل ابنَ مسعودٍ، عن رجل طلَّقَ امرأتَه قبلَ أن يَدْخُلَ بها، يَتَزَوَّجُ أُمَّها؟ قال: نعم، فتزوجَها فولَدَت له، فقدِم على عُمَرَ فسأله, فقال: فَرِّق بينَهما، قال: إنها (ولدت، قال: وإن) ولَدَت عشرةً، ففرَّق بينَهما".
