[Machine] He said, "Do not give it to someone who is dependent."

البيهقي:١٣٢٢٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ ثنا عَفَّانُ ثنا السَّكَنُ بْنُ أَبِي السَّكَنِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُخْتَارِ قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ لَيْسَ لِوَلَدٍ وَلَا لِوَالِدٍ حَقٌّ فِي صَدَقَةٍ مَفْرُوضَةٍ وَمَنْ كَانَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ أَوْ وَالِدٌ فَلَمْ يَصِلْهُ فَهُوَ عَاقٌّ وَرُوِّينَا عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَا تَجْعَلْهَا لِمَنْ تَعُولُ

البيهقي:٩٩٤٩ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُوسَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ أنا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ مَطَرٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ كَانَ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ بِمِنًى فَرَأَى رَجُلًا عَلَى جَبَلٍ يَعْضِدُ شَجَرًا فَدَعَاهُ فَقَالَ أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ مَكَّةَ لَا يُعْضَدُ شَجَرُهَا وَلَا يُخْتَلَى خَلَاهَا؟ قَالَ بَلَى وَلَكِنِّي حَمَلَنِي عَلَى ذَلِكَ بَعِيرٌ لِي نِضْوٌ قَالَ فَحَمَلَهُ عَلَى بَعِيرٍ

وَقَالَ لَهُ لَا تَعُدْ وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ عَلَيْهِ شَيْئًا
