[Machine] I need the assistance of the Prophets' liberator; for I witnessed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when something came to him that he did not start with any of them.
لَهُ حَاجَتِي عَطَاءُ الْمُحَرَّرِينَ؛ فَإِنِّي رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ حِينَ جَاءَهُ شَيْءٌ لَمْ يَبْدَأْ بِأَوَّلَ مِنْهُمْ
Zayd ibn Aslam said: Abdullah ibn Umar entered upon Mu'awiyah. He asked: (Tell me) your need, AbuAbdurRahman. He replied: Give (the spoils) to those who were set free, for I saw the first thing the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did when anything came to him was to give something to those who had been set free.
عَطَاءُ الْمُحَرَّرِينَ فَإِنِّي رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَوَّلَ مَا جَاءَهُ شَىْءٌ بَدَأَ بِالْمُحَرَّرِينَ
"عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: إِنِّى رَأيْتُ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ حِينَ جَاءَهُ شَىْءٌ لَمْ يَبْدَأ بِأوَّلَ مِنْهُمْ - يَعْنِى المُحَرَّرينَ - ".
