[Machine] They say that this verse was abrogated, "And when the relatives and the orphans and the needy are present at the division [of inheritance], then provide for them [something] from it" (Quran 2: 215). No, by Allah, it was not abrogated, but people took it lightly while they are heirs and inherit. That is what is provided for, and an heir is not a benefactor. That is what is said in the verse, "A fair statement" (Quran 2: 235). Indeed, it is the property of orphans, and I have nothing to do with it.
يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ نُسِخَتْ {وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينُ فَارْزُقُوهُمْ مِنْهُ} لَا وَاللهِ مَا نُسِخَتْ وَلَكِنَّهَا مِمَّا تَهَاوَنَ النَّاسُ بِهَا وَهُمَا وَالِيَانِ وَالٍ يَرِثُ فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي يُرْزَقُ وَوَالٍ لَيْسَ بِوَارِثٍ فَذَاكَ الَّذِي يَقُولُ {قَوْلًا مَعْرُوفًا} [البقرة 235] إِنَّهُ مَالُ يَتَامَى وَمَا لِي فِيهِ شَيْءٌ
