[Machine] Is not your grandfather's grandfather older than you? So the man remained silent and did not answer him, as if he did not hear his response. So I said, "I am Adam." He said, "Do you not listen to the word of God, O son of Adam?"  

البيهقي:١٢٤٢٤وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ مِنْ كِتَابِهِ ثنا جَرِيرٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَعْقِلٍ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ لَهُ كَيْفَ تَقُولُ فِي الْجَدِّ؟ قَالَ

إِنَّهُ لَا جَدَّ أِيُّ أَبٍ لَكَ أَكْبَرُ؟ فَسَكَتَ الرَّجُلُ فَلَمْ يُجِبْهُ وَكَأَنَّهُ عَيِيَ عَنْ جَوَابِهِ فَقُلْتُ أَنَا آدَمُ قَالَ أَفَلَا تَسْمَعُ إِلَى قَولِ اللهِ يَا بَنِي آدَمَ
