[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave us permission regarding the stick, whip, rope, and similar things, allowing a person to pick them up and benefit from them as a means of conveying the narration of Abu Dawood. And in the narration of Ar-Ramli, he said it was narrated from Abu Az-Zubair and Al-Baqi that they are equal. Abu Dawood said..."

البيهقي:١٢٠٩٨ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ الْمَكِّيِّ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ

رَخَّصَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْعَصَا وَالسَّوْطِ وَالْحَبْلِ وَأَشْبَاهِهِ يَلْتَقِطُ الرَّجُلُ يَنْتَفِعُ بِهِ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ الرَّمْلِيِّ قَالَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ وَالْبَاقِي سَوَاءٌ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ

رَوَاهُ النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ وَكَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْهُ أَخَذَهُ 12099 فَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي رَجُلٌ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ رَخَّصَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ الْحَبْلَ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَرَوَاهُ شَبَابَةُ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنِ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ كَانُوا لَمْ يَذْكُرِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ فِي رَفْعِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ شَكٌّ وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِ ضَعْفٌ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
