[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: "When a man gets up from his seat and then comes back to it, he has more right to it. So a man got up from his seat and I sat in it, then he came back and Abu Salih made me stand up from it."  

البيهقي:١١٨٣٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ حَاجِبُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الطُّوسِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ مُنِيبٍ ثنا جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الضَّبِّيُّ أنبأ سُهَيْلُ بْنُ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا قَامَ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ عَادَ إِلَيْهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ فَجَلَسْتُ فِيهِ ثُمَّ عَادَ فَأَقَامَنِي أَبُو صَالِحٍ عَنْهُ
