[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ borrowed armor and weapons from Safwan ibn Umayyah during the Battle of Hunayn. Safwan asked, "O Messenger of Allah, are you borrowing them as a loan?" He replied, "Yes, I am borrowing them as a loan."

البيهقي:١١٤٧٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْفَقِيهُ بِبُخَارَى أنبأ صَالِحُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَافِظُ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ الْقُرَشِيُّ ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ اسْتَعَارَ مِنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ أَدْرَاعًا وَسِلَاحًا فِي غَزْوَةِ حُنَيْنٍ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَعَارِيَةٌ مُؤَدَّاةٌ؟ قَالَ عَارِيَةٌ مُؤَدَّاةٌ

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط مسلم
