bayhaqi:10852 – Abū ʿAbdullāh al-Ḥāfiẓ > Abū al-Faḍl Muḥammad b. Ibrāhīm > Aḥmad b. Salamah > Isḥāq b. Ibrāhīm > Rawḥ b. ʿUbādah > Ibn Jurayj > Abū al-Zubayr > Jābir b. ʿAbdullāh

Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the hiring of a Camel to cover a she-Camel and from selling water and land to be tilled. So from all this the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade. (Using translation from Muslim 1565b)   

البيهقي:١٠٨٥٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أنا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ ثنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ ضِرَابِ الْجَمَلِ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ لِتُحْرَثَ فَعَنْ ذَلِكَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ

When you purchase foodgrains, do not sell them until you have taken possession of them. (Using translation from Muslim 1529)
