[Machine] The Messenger of Allah prohibited the killing of any animal with fangs, the killing of children, and the buying of spoils of war before they are divided. It is also narrated by Ibn Abi Najeeh from Mujahid regarding the spoils of war.

البيهقي:١٠٨٤٩ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ بِمَرْوَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا شَيْبَانُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ وَعَنْ قَتْلِ الْوِلْدَانِ وَعَنْ شِرَاءِ الْمَغْنَمِ حَتَّى يُقْسَمَ وَرُوِيَ أَيْضًا عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ فِي الْمَغَانِمِ

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ بِهَذَهِ السِّيَاقَةِ وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ صَحِيحٌعلى شرط البخاري ومسلم وشاهده صحيح
