[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the sale of spoils of war before they are distributed. Al-Mughira ibn Abdur Rahman and others narrated this from Abdul Rahman ibn Al-Harith. It was also narrated from Ibn Abi Nujayh from Mujahid about the spoils of war.

البيهقي:١٠٨٥٠ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ السُّوسِيُّ أنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْعَلَّافُ ثنا سَعِيدُ ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ أنا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَغَانِمِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُقْسَمَ تَابَعَهُ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَغَيْرُهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ وَرُوِيَ أَيْضًا عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ فِي الْمَغَانِمِ
