[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "If Allah does not make it fruitful, then how can any of you rightfully take the wealth of his brother?"  

البيهقي:١٠٥٩٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَزَّارُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنْ لَمْ يُثْمِرْهَا اللهُ فَبِمَ يَسْتَحِلُّ أَحَدُكُمْ مَالَ أَخِيهِ؟  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ
