[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The forbidden (haram) animal kills the snake and the scorpion, and it throws stones at the crow, but it does not kill it. It kills the male dog, the crossbreed, the guard dog, the hunting dog, and the biting dog."

البيهقي:١٠٠٤٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْفَارِسِيُّ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِمَا بِخُسْرَوْجِرْدَ قَالَا أنا أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الذُّهْلِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أنا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي نُعْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ الْحَيَّةَ وَالْعَقْرَبَ وَيَرْمِي الْغُرَابَ وَلَا يَقْتُلُهُ وَيَقْتُلُ الْكَلْبَ الْعَقُورَ وَالْفُوَيْسِقَةَ وَالْحِدَأَةَ وَالسَّبُعَ الْعَادِيَ

رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ فِي كِتَابِ السِّيرَةِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ فَذَكَرَهُ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "There are five trespassers that can be killed in the Haram: rats and mice, scorpions, crows, kites and wild dogs."

مالك:٢٠-٩٢ – وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْفَأْرَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
