He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do?

قَالَ وَمَا عِلْمِي بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ

The Prophet ﷺ ; was asked about the offspring of the pagans. He said, "Allah knows what they would have done (were they to live).

سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ أَوْلاَدِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَقَالَ اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا كَانُوا عَامِلِينَ

It is Allah alone Who knows what they would be doing according to their creation.

سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ أَطْفَالِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ قَالَ اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا كَانُوا عَامِلِينَ إِذْ خَلَقَهُمْ

"The Messenger of Allah was asked about the children of the idolators and he said: 'Allah knows best what they would have done."'

سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ أَوْلاَدِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَقَالَ اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا كَانُوا عَامِلِينَ

"The Messenger of Allah was asked about the children of the idolators and he said: 'Allah knows best what they would have done."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1949)

سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ أَطْفَالِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَقَالَ اللهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا كَانُوا عَامِلِينَ
