I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: The people would run away from the Dajjal seeking shelter in the mountains. She said: Where would be the Arabs then in that day? He said: They would be small in number. (Using translation from Muslim 2945a)

أحمد:٢٧٦٢٠ – حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ أَخْبَرَتْنِي أُمُّ شَرِيكٍ

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The people will flee from the Dajjal such that they will go to the mountains." Umm Sharik said: "O Messenger of Allah! Where will the Arabs be that day?" He said: "They will be few."

Abū ʿĪsá said that this Ḥadīth is Ḥasan-Ṣaḥīḥ-Gharīb.

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ

ذِكْرُ الْإِخْبَارِ عَنْ فِرَارِ النَّاسِ مِنَ الْمَسِيحِ عِنْدَ ظُهُورِهِ
