[Machine] Abdullah, the servant of Asma bint Abi Bakr, informed us that Asma bint Abi Bakr said, "Oh son, has the moon disappeared on the night of the gathering?" I said, "No." Then she said, "Oh son, has the moon disappeared?" I said, "Yes." She said, "Then go on a journey." So, we embarked on a journey until we reached the throwing of the pebbles, then she returned and performed the morning prayer in her house. I said to her, "We have delayed." She said, "Oh son, have you reproached us?" I said, "No, may I be at your service." She said, "No, my son, the Prophet of Allah gave permission for delaying."

(the slave of Asma') During the night of Jam', Asma' got down at Al-Muzdalifa and stood up for (offering) the prayer and offered the prayer for some time and then asked, "O my son! Has the moon set?" I replied in the negative and she again prayed for another period and then asked, "Has the moon set?" I replied, "Yes." So she said that we should set out (for Mina), and we departed and went on till she threw pebbles at the Jamra (Jamrat-Al-ʿAqaba) and then she returned to her dwelling place and offered the morning prayer. I asked her, "O you! I think we have come (to Mina) early in the night." She replied, "O my son! Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave permission to the women to do so."

[Machine] Son, did the moon disappear on the night of the gathering while she was praying? I said no, so she prayed for an hour and then she said, son, did the moon disappear? He said, yes. I said, then let us depart, so we departed with her until we threw the pebbles and then she returned and prayed Fajr at her house. I said to her, where were you? We were worried. She said, no, son, the Prophet ﷺ permitted women to continue their journey.

[Machine] She said on the night of gathering, "O son, did the moon set?" And she was praying and had camped near Muzdalifah. So I said, "No, it did not set." Then she prayed a little and said, "O son, did the moon set?" He said, "Yes, the moon has set." I said, "Yes." Then she said, "So depart." So we departed and continued with her until she threw the pebbles, then she returned and prayed the morning prayer at her place. So I said to her, "O Hinatah (a term of endearment), you stumbled." And she said, "O son, verily the Prophet ﷺ permitted menstruating women to perform the circumambulation."
