[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is nothing that befalls a Muslim, not even a thorn that pricks him, except that it shortens his sins."  

أحمد:٢٦٢٤٦ – حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَا مِنْ شَيْءٍ يُصِيبُالْمُسْلِمَ حَتَّى الشَّوْكَةُ يُشَاكُهَا إِلَّا قَصَّرَ مِنْ ذُنُوبِهِ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: There is no trouble that comes to a believer except that it obliterates from his sins, even if it is the pricking of a thorn (Using translation from Muslim 2572e)
