[Machine] He informed him, he said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent Abdullah ibn Hudhafah with his letter to Kisra, so he handed it over to the ruler of Bahrain, and the ruler of Bahrain handed it over to Kisra. Ya'qub said, the ruler of Bahrain handed it over to Kisra. When he read it, he tore it up. Ibn Shihab said, I thought it was Ibn Musayyib. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then invoked for them to be torn apart, every torn apart one.  

أحمد:٢١٨٤ – حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي صَالِحُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ وَابْنُ أَخِي ابْنِ شِهَابٍ كِلاهُمَا عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَيَعْقُوبُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ صَالِحٍ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ

أَخْبَرَهُ قَالَ بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ حُذَافَةَ بِكِتَابِهِ إِلَى كِسْرَى فَدَفَعَهُ إِلَى عَظِيمِ الْبَحْرَيْنِ يَدْفَعُهُ عَظِيمُ الْبَحْرَيْنِ إِلَى كِسْرَى قَالَ يَعْقُوبُ فَدَفَعَهُ عَظِيمُ الْبَحْرَيْنِ إِلَى كِسْرَى فَلَمَّا قَرَأَهُ مَزَّقَهُ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ فَحَسِبْتُ ابْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ فَدَعَا عَلَيْهِمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِأَنْ يُمَزَّقُوا كُلَّ مُمَزَّقٍ

(The sub-narrator (Ibn Shihab) thinks that Ibn Al-Musaiyab said that Messenger of Allah ﷺ invoked Allah against them (saying), "May Allah tear them into pieces, and disperse them all totally.)"

Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent his letter to Khusrau and ordered his messenger to hand it over to the Governor of Bahrain who was to hand it over to Khusrau. So, when Khusrau read the letter he tore it. Saʿid bin Al- Musaiyab said, "The Prophet ﷺ then invoked Allah to disperse them with full dispersion, (destroy them (i.e. Khusrau and his followers) severely)".

Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent a letter to Khosrau with ʿAbdullah bin Hudhafa As-Sahmi and told him to hand it over to the governor of Al-Bahrain. The governor of Al-Bahrain handed it over to Khosrau, and when he read the latter, he tore it into pieces. (The sub-narrator added, "I think that Ibn Al-Musaiyab said, 'Allah 's Apostle invoked (Allah) to tear them all totally Khosrau and his companions) into pieces.

Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent a letter to Khosrau and told his messenger to give it first to the ruler of Bahrain, and tell him to deliver it to Khosrau. When Khosrau had read it, he tore it into pieces. (Az-Zuhri said: I think Ibn Al-Musaiyab said, "Messenger of Allah ﷺ invoked Allah to tear them (Khosrau and his followers) into pieces."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent Abdullah ibn Hudhafah with his letter to the ruler of Persia, who would redirect it to the ruler of Bahrain. However, the ruler of Bahrain would redirect it back to the ruler of Persia. When the ruler of Persia read the letter, he tore it apart.  

الكبرى للنسائي:٥٨٢٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي صَالِحُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ وَابْنُ أَخِي ابْنِ شِهَابٍ كِلَاهُمَا عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

«بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ حُذَافَةَ بِكِتَابِهِ إِلَى كِسْرَى يَدْفَعُهُ إِلَى عَظِيمِ الْبَحْرَيْنِ فَدَفَعَهُ عَظِيمُ الْبَحْرَيْنِ إِلَى كِسْرَى فَلَمَّا قَرَأَهُ خَرَّقَهُ»

[Machine] About the book of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to Kisra, Ibn Shihab reported that Ubaidullah ibn Abdullah informed him that Abdullah ibn Abbas informed him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent his book to Kisra and ordered him to deliver it to the ruler of Bahrain. So, the ruler of Bahrain delivered it to Kisra, but when Kisra read it, he tore it apart.
