[Machine] "People used to rent farms during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with crops and a portion of the straw. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ disliked renting farms in this manner and prohibited it. Rafa' reported that there is no harm in renting them with coins and silver."  

أحمد:١٧٢٨٤ – حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ الزُّرَقِيِّ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ

أَنَّ النَّاسَ كَانُوا يُكْرُونَ الْمَزَارِعَ فِي زَمَانِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ بِالْمَاذِيَانَاتِ وَمَا سَقَى الرَّبِيعُ وَشَيْءٍ مِنَ التِّبْنِ فَكَرِهَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كِرَاءَ الْمَزَارِعِ بِهَذَا وَنَهَى عَنْهَا قَالَ رَافِعٌ وَلَا بَأْسَ بِكِرَائِهَا بِالدَّرَاهِمِ وَالدَّنَانِيرِ
