[Machine] Did you not see the Prophet ﷺ stand up when a funeral passed by him? Ibn Abbas replied, "Yes, he did stand up and had actually been sitting. And Al-Hasan did not reject what Ibn Abbas said."  

أحمد:١٧٢٦ – حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَهُوَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ قَالَ نُبِّئْتُ أَنَّ جِنَازَةً مَرَّتْ عَلَى الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَامَ الْحَسَنُ وَقَعَدَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ

الْحَسَنُ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مَرَّتْ بِهِ جِنَازَةٌ فَقَامَ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ بَلَى وَقَدْ جَلَسَ فَلَمْ يُنْكِرِ الْحَسَنُ مَا قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ
