[Machine] Saad bin Muadh was hit in his eye with a stone. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then patched it up with his hand using a needle. He threw it again, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ patched it up a second time.  

أحمد:١٥١٤٤حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ

رُمِيَ سَعْدُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ فِي أَكْحَلِهِ فَحَسَمَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِيَدِهِ بِمِشْقَصٍ قَالَ ثُمَّ وَرِمَتْ قَالَ فَحَسَمَهُ الثَّانِيَةَ

Jabir reported that Sa'd b. Mu'adh received a wound of the arrow in his vein. Messenger of Allah ﷺ cauterised it with a rod and it was swollen, to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did it for the second time.

فَحَسَمَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِيَدِهِ بِمِشْقَصٍ ثُمَّ وَرِمَتْ فَحَسَمَهُ الثَّانِيَةَ

[Machine] Saad bin Muadh was hit in his eye with a stone, so the Prophet ﷺ intervened and resolved it by using his hand and a small tool. Then it was thrown again, and the Prophet intervened and resolved it again.

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» على شرط البخاري ومسلم

[Machine] Saad bin Muath was hit in the eye with a stone, so the Prophet ﷺ settled the matter with his own hands, and then it was thrown again and the matter was settled by the second narration of Yahya.
