[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited drinking intoxicants and said that every intoxicant is forbidden. I asked, "What is 'muzaffata'?" He said, "It is wine made from grapes." I asked, "What about 'rasaas' and 'qaaroota'?" He said, "There is no problem with them." I said, "But some people dislike them." He said, "Leave what causes doubt for what does not cause doubt, for every intoxicant is forbidden." I said to him, "You have spoken the truth. Alcohol is forbidden, and the first and second drink makes everything we eat forbidden." He said, "It is only a lot of it that makes one intoxicated, while a little of it is forbidden." He said, "Wine is made from grapes, dates, honey, wheat, barley, and corn. So whatever is made from them is wine."
