“I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: ‘Allah will question His slave on the Day of Resurrection, until He says: “What kept you from denouncing evil when you saw it?” When Allah grants His slave a response, he will say: “O Lord, I hoped for Your mercy but I feared the people.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 4017)

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: "Verily, Allah will question His servant on the Day of Resurrection to the extent that He will ask him, 'O My servant, did you see such-and-such evil and did not denounce it?' So, if Allah finds His servant failing in this, He will strengthen his argument against him and the servant will say, 'O Lord, I trusted in You and feared people.'"
