ahmad-zuhd:245 – ʿAbdullāh > Bī > Yazīd > Kahmas b. al-Ḥasan > Abū al-Salīl > Abū Dhar

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ recited this verse, "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out" [Surah At-Talaq 2], until he completed the verse. Then he said, "O Abu Dharr, if all the people were to hold fast to this verse, it would suffice them." He continued to recite it to me and repeat it until I fell asleep.  

الزهد لأحمد:٢٤٥ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا أبِي حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَنْبَأَنَا كَهْمَسُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو السَّلِيلِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ؓ قَالَ

جَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَتْلُو هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ {وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا} [الطلاق 2] حَتَّى فَرَغَ مِنَ الْآيَةِ ثُمَّ قَالَ «يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ لَوْ أَنَّ النَّاسَ كُلَّهُمْ أَخَذُوا بِهَا لَكَفَتْهُمْ» قَالَ فَجَعَلَ يَتْلُوهَا عَلَيَّ وَيُرَدِّدُهَا حَتَّى نَعَسْتُ

[Machine] Abu Dharr used to make the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recite this verse: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out and will provide for him from where he does not expect." [Surah At-Talaq 3]. Abu Dharr said, "So he would repeat it until I fell asleep, then he said, 'O Abu Dharr, if people were to adhere to this, it would suffice them.'"  

الحاكم:٣٨١٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنْبَأَ النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ ثنا كَهْمَسُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ التَّمِيمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي السَّلِيلِ ضُرَيْبِ بْنِ نَقِيرٍ الْقَيْسِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ

أَبُو ذَرٍّ جَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَتْلُو هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ {وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ} [الطلاق 3] قَالَ فَجَعَلَ يُرَدِّدُهَا حَتَّى نَعَسْتُ فَقَالَ «يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ لَوْ أَنَّ النَّاسَ أَخَذُوا بِهَا لَكَفَتْهُمْ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا} [الطلاق: 2]
