الزهد لأحمد:٢١٩١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ وَأَبُو النَّضْرِ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُحَادَةَ عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ قَالَ

«مَنْ يَتَعَبَّدْ يَزْدَدْ قُوَّةً وَمَنْ يَكْسَلْ يَزْدَدْ فَتْرَةً»
