[Machine] I heard Sufyan saying, "If you know yourself, what people say does not harm you."  

الزهد لأحمد:٢١٣٥حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ أَبَا دَاوُدَ الْحَفَرِيَّ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ يَقُولُ [297] «إِذَا عَرَفْتَ نَفْسَكَ لَمْ يَضُرَّكَ مَا قَالَ النَّاسُ»
