الزهد لأحمد:١٩٢٦حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ أَنْبَأَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ أَبُو عُمَرَ الْأَزْدِيُّ أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ بَهْدَلَةَ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ قَالَ

«كَانَتْ عَادٌ مَا بَيْنَ الْيَمَنِ إِلَى الشَّامِ مِثْلَ الذَّرِّ فَمَنْ أَتَانِي مِنْهُمْ بِوَاحِدٍ فَلَهُ كَذَا وَكَذَا»
