ahmad-zuhd:1684ʿAbdullāh > Abū Maʿmar > Sufyān

[Machine] Umar ibn Abdul Aziz, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "Whoever does not count his words as sins, his sins will increase."  

الزهد لأحمد:١٦٨٤حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ

قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ «مَنْ لَمْ يُعِدَّ كَلَامَهُ ذُنُوبَهُ كَثُرَتْ ذُنُوبُهُ»
