Neither limited [to season] nor forbidden, (Using translation from Qurʾān 56:33)   

الزهد لأحمد:١٢٥٢حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّيْمِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ فَضَالَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ شَيْخٍ أَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ مِسْكِينٌ الْهَجَرِيُّ قَالَ كَانَ عَامِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ إِذَا مَرَّ بِالْفَوَاكِهِ قَالَ

مَقْطُوعَةٌ مَمْنُوعَةٌ
