[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, "Whoever wipes over the head of an orphan, desiring nothing except Allah's pleasure, will receive rewards for every hair that his hand touched. And whoever is kind to an orphan, whether a boy or a girl, will be with me in Paradise like these two fingers." And he pointed to his middle finger and index finger, joining them together.  

الزهد لأحمد:١١٣ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبَانَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَحْرٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ مَسَحَ عَلَى رَأْسِ يَتِيمٍ لَا يُرِيدُ بِهِ إِلَّا اللَّهَ ﷻ كَانَ لَهُ بِكُلِّ شَعْرَةٍ مَرَّتْ عَلَيْهَا يَدُهُ حَسَنَاتٌ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنَ إِلَى يَتِيمٍ أَوْ يَتِيمَةٍ كُنْتُ أَنَا وَهُوَ كَهَاتَيْنِ» وَضَمَّ بَيْنَ الْوُسْطَى وَالسَّبَّابَةِ

And whoever treats a female orphan or a male orphan well, I and he will be in Paradise like this," and he gestured with his index finger and middle finger, holding them close together.

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever strokes the head of an orphan, whether a boy or a girl, no hair on which his hand passes will go without him being rewarded for it. And whoever shows kindness to an orphan, be it a girl or a boy, and I will be like this in Paradise (and he joined his index and middle fingers together)."

"مَنْ مَسَحَ رَأسَ يَتِيمٍ لا يَمْسَحُهُ إلا للهِ، فَإِنَّ لَهُ بكُلِّ شَعْرَةٍ مَرَّتْ علَى يَدِهِ حَسَنَةً، وَمَنْ أحْسَن إِلى يَتِيمَةٍ أَو يَتِيمٍ عِنْدَه كنْتُ أَنَا وَهُوَ في الْجَنَّةَ كَهَاتينِ، وَقَرَنَ بَينَ أصبَعَيهِ".
