39. ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAbbās
"The Hour (Resurrection) will not occur as long as anyone says: 'Allah, Allah.'" (Using translation from Muslim 148b)
[Machine] I traveled with Ibn Abbas from Medina to Mecca, and from Mecca to Medina. He used to pray two units of prayer and would stand for half the night making plentiful remembrance of Allah.
[Machine] To remember the faults of your friend, remember your own faults.
[Machine] "That on the Day of Resurrection, the servant will be nothing more regretful than what he had said with his tongue."
[Machine] I saw Ibn Abbas, his shirt was shortened just above the ankle, and the sleeves reached the roots of the fingers, covering the back of the palm.
