[Machine] One day, Talha woke up distressed, and I asked her, "What's wrong with you? Did something happen that worries you?" She replied, "No, by Allah, you are a good companion, but I have gathered a sum of money that has troubled me." I told her, "Then let me call your people for you." She said, "Oh boy, it is upon me to take care of my people." She distributed the money among them. I asked the treasurer, "How much money is it?" He replied, "Four hundred thousand."

ahmad-zuhd:783ʿAbdullāh from my father > Rawḥ > ʿAwf > al-Ḥasan

[Machine] He sold land for seven hundred thousand, which means Talha bin Ubaidullah. That money stayed with him for a night. He spent the night restless due to fear of that money, until morning when he distributed it.

[Machine] I saw Ibn Abbas, and below his eyes were tear streaks like flowing water.

ahmad-zuhd:785ʿAbdullāh > Abū Maʿmar > Ibn ʿUyaynah > Hishām b. ʿUrwah

[Machine] Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir said to me, "If you were to see Abdullah ibn Zubayr standing in prayer, you would think he is a tree being swayed by the wind, and the stones of a catapult falling here and there but he remains unaffected."
