The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Act differently from the Jews, for they do not pray in their sandals or their shoes.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ خَالِفُوا الْيَهُودَ فَإِنَّهُمْ لاَ يُصَلُّونَ فِي نِعَالِهِمْ وَلاَ خِفَافِهِمْ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Act differently from the Jews, for they do not pray in their sandals or their shoes. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 652)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «خَالِفُوا الْيَهُودَ فَإِنَّهُمْ لَا يُصَلُّونَ فِي خِفَافِهِمْ وَلَا نِعَالِهِمْ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «خَالِفُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى فَإِنَّهُمْ لَا يُصَلُّونَ فِي خِفَافِهِمْ وَلَا فِي نِعَالِهِمْ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Differ from the Jews, for they do not pray in their socks or sandals."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ خَالِفُوا الْيَهُودَ فَإِنَّهُمْ لَا يُصَلُّونَ فِي خِفَافِهِمْ وَلَا نِعَالِهِمْ
"خَالِفُوا اليَهُودَ فَإِنَّهُمْ لَا يُصَلُّونَ فِى نعَالِهم وَلَا خِفَافِهِمْ".
"خَالِفُوا اليَهُودَ، وَصَلُّوا فِى خِفَافِكُمْ وَنِعَالِكُمْ؛ فَإِنَّهُمْ لَا يُصَلُّونَ فِى خِفَافِهِمْ وَلَا فِى نِعَالِهِمْ".
